Who is Big Head, and what statements?

My photo
I am so insanely blessed to have two beautiful boys. The youngest is Christian. He was born on May 07-2009. He is a complete joy. At the moment, he is one year old. So while he is steady getting into everything, he is not yet talking =) Our other son is Noah aka 'Big Head.' We call him that because he still has that big toddler head and he is very intelligent (he gets his smarts from his Mommy). He was born August 05-2005, so he is four. He is our 'explorer.' He is constantly getting into stuff and saying the silliest things (now that, he gets from his Daddy). So here is to our 'Big Head' and all his silly statements:

No PP on the Slide!!!

Today we met a friend of mine for lunch at an Italian place called 'Baris'. And I must preface this by saying that my husband is in seminary and is a youth pastor. Therefore the words spoken by our lil man will be even more insane if he ever repeats this at church! On the way, Noah says ,"Mommy, it is takin a long time to get to these bars."
And because sometimes action speak louder than words, I must tell you what happened at the water park afterwards. After playing hard for about two hours, I look over and catch my son peeing behind our stroller. I quickly pulled his pants up, scolded him a bit, and pointed out where the bathrooms were. He said, "Oh, they have bathrooms here?!?" Then five minutes later, I hear laughter and see pointing. As I follow the fingers with my eyes, I see a bare white bottom at the top of the water slide peeing right down the slide! Honestly, I felt much better knowing that someone else's kid had the same problem mine did. Then I looked closer. You guessed it, it was MY Big Head!

The Hard Life of a Son...

As we were driving home from church tonight, Big Head and I both yawned. I asked him why he was so tired. He said,
"I am just tired, cuz I am a son and I just never get a break"
